17 years in private practice seeing adults and children.
14 years as a part-time specialist in the NHS working with children, teenagers and their families within two CAMHS teams.

I have a private, cosy consulting room in Uttoxeter, just off the A50 (how to find me)

I provide supervision to counsellors from many organisations (which have included NSPCC, Mind, Adsis, and HM Armed Forces), and also supervise counselling students.

I offer workplace counselling and critical incident debriefing following traumatic events, and contract with employers and EAP’S to offer free counselling to employees with personal or work-related problems.

I am accredited by the BACP and I adhere to their Code of Ethics and Practice. I am fully insured and have obtained enhanced CRB disclosure.

I write a regular column entitled 'Counsellor's Casebook' for The British Journal of School Nursing about my counselling work with children.
